Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new lighting; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your lamps within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your lamp in its original box with all protective foam and hardware to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
