How do I know which bulb is compatible with my lamp?
Each product page specifies the required base type (e.g., E26, E12) and maximum wattage. We recommend using LED bulbs for energy efficiency and reduced heat emission.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glass fixtures?
We use specialized double-walled packaging and high-density foam to protect fragile components. All shipments are insured, and we offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.
What happens if my lamp arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement or full refund.
Do you offer international voltage options?
Our standard lamps are wired for 110V-120V (North America). However, many of our modern fixtures are dual-voltage compatible. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page for details.
Can I return a lamp if it doesn't fit my room's aesthetic?
Yes, we offer a 30-day 'Change of Mind' return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a refund.
Are your lamps dimmable?
Most of our floor and table lamps are compatible with dimmable bulbs. For hardwired ceiling fixtures, dimming capability depends on the wall switch and bulb type used.
